I could only find  MCU BLK/S6J32GKSN,A1,QFP208,FLASH,0bi stated inside the BOM.

You can find it on the top marking of the silicon (chip), it will have the full part number. Meanwhile, you can refer this link, and confirm if you can find the bsdl file for you device or not- https://www.cypress.com/documentation/models/bsdl/s6j32e-amber-i4l-bsdl
