Hi, I am going to place a SDRAM CY7C1354CV25 on my PCB board. I have found the datasheet (pdf) on the web "http://www.cypress.com/file/43196/download", but I didn't find the pinout files which is txt. You know there are 100 pins on the CY7C1354CV25, and I don't want to write the every pin one by one as the datasheet. Could you tell me how to find the pinout files? Is there a compent library about Cypress?

    Thanks!

Hi,

You can use any PDF reader to copy the contents onto a text file. I just used a standard pdf reader and did it. Guess thats the most simplest way.

Hi,

One other way for different packages is to use the IBIS model file. This has this information in a text format which can be easily accessed.

Please use any standard text editor to open the .ibs file and you can get the pin details.
