Hi, I have a legacy design that uses ISSI IS62WV51216BLL-55TLI . The cross reference tool gives CY62157EV30LL-45ZSXI as a direct alternative. I do not need the low power mode for this SRAM so can I use CY62157DV30L-55ZSI here? We also have tested and used Alliance AS6C8016-55ZIN as an alternative part. The cross-reference tool gives CY62157ELL-45ZSXI as a "similar" part.

I'm having trouble figuring out the part number structure of the above Cypress parts.

I think the Industrial and Automotive-A parts of CY62157EV30 are the same.

I don't know why they have a different part name.

Does anyone know the reason?

Hi,

We are using QDR 2 in our design (part no. CY7C2663KV). We are using two set of QDR IC's and each one is connected two different FPGA IC's. We are able to read and write the QDR memory in normal environment. But at negative temperature the read/write operations are getting failed. FPGA memory controller IP core shows calibration is failed.

This happens only when we subject our board in negative temperature. One set of QDR1 and FPGA1 is only failed and other set QDR2 and FPGA2 is working in negative temperature.

Any idea's how to resolve the issue.
