I am looking for a parallel synchronous DPRAM with Interrupt. I zeroed down to CY7C09389V but it seems that this component is now obsolete. Can you please suggest any equivalent component or list of components?

We are looking at using 2x CY62167GE30-45ZXI for our application to get 4 MB SRAM memory.  I understand the single SEC functionality of the ECC, but is there any way of detecting when double errors have occurred?   

Out application is for a potentially high radiation environment so will likely hit the 100% chance for MBU listed in AN88889 frequently.

I am designing CY7C2665KV18 controlled by xilinx kintex ultrascale+ ;  Can you review the schematic design?

Could you provide the viewer's email so I send the schematic to him.

I’m working on PCB design and I need to create the footprint. The component used is CY7C1011DV33-10ZSXIT. The package is TSOP-44. I can't find this footprint informations in the datasheet. Have you got a document for land pattern recommendations?

Hello everyone,

We are planning to test a large number of SRAM devices (Product #: CY62167EV30LL-45BVXIT) against Neutron radiation for dosimetry and characterization at LANSCE, USA.

Can anyone please provide the logical to physical address mapping/lookup table for the device to be tested in order to being able to perform the characterization and analysis.
