I searched datasheet and know that 'D' and 'A' means different process technology, but what 'S' means in the part CY7C1061DV33-10ZSXI ?
Can they two parts be used samely?

Hi,
CY7C1061AV33-10ZXI and CY7C1061DV33-10ZSXI can from the pinout, PKG, specs and truth table be used in the same way.
However, please carry out your evaluation sufficiently.
Thanks and regards,

Hello Kaki,
I checked both datasheets and found that, the only difference is that CY7C1061AV33-10ZXI has a higher Maximum Operating Current and Maximum CMOS Standby Current due to its lagging process technology, pls see attached pictures. Is CY7C1061DV33-10ZSXI compatible with CY7C1061AV33-10ZXI ? Many thx!

Hi,
Yes, your understanding is correct.
The standby current of CY7C1061DV33-10ZSXI is lower than that of CY7C1061AV33-10ZXI, so I think it is easier to evaluate.
Thanks and regards,
