Hi all, I need a VHDL model for SRAM CY7C1381KVE33. On Cypress site I have found only the Verilog one. Anyone knows if I may download (or request) an equivalent VHDL model? thanks a lot
We generally have only one model either Verilog or VHDL for the memory parts. For the above mentioned part we have Verilog model only. I suggest you to instantiate this verilog module into VHDL. You will find a lot of examples of this on web.
