        Hi,

I would like to know how to design the Terminations for the Sync and NoBL SRAMs. Thanks in advance.

        Hi Eins,

For the Standard Synchronous/ NoBL SRAMs it is typically recommended to use series termination or pull-up (pull-down) termination on the clocks and the data signals, and optionally on the address and the control signals depending on how the signal integrity looks.

For further details, Please refer to the Types of Termination section in the Application Note AN4010 - High Speed Memory Design Techniques from this link -    http://www.cypress.com/?docID=14706

In any termination option used, the value of the termination resistor used should match the characteristic impedance to prevent reflections.
