Did you know that some of the Cypress MoBL SRAM's have a Byte Power Down feature, wherein, if the Byte Enables are disabled together, the chip would seamlessly transition into standby mode? This helps in significant power savings in power-critical applications. Please see the Cypress MoBL SRAM datasheets for more information?

Anuj If you pub interesting docs, could you send me? As you know, I am not FAE in Japan, but disti sometime depends on me about tricky technical issue such as Fuji-Xerox. I want to take the knowledge when disti asked me something. ko
