I am trying to determine the leakage current for the I/O pins of the CY7C1041CV33. The data sheet states the input leakage current and output leakage current for the device. Is the leakage current for the I/O pins equal to the sum of the input and output leakage currents?

The output leakage current is when the output is disabled (Hi-Z condition). At this time, there should be ideally no current through the pins, however there is a leakage current of +/- 1uA.
When the pin is an input , we need to look at input current.
