Hi,
In the datasheet 001-58912 Rev. *E (for example) is written at page 20: "The operation current is calculated with 50% read cycle and 50% write cycle." Is this a worst case? And what about 100% read cycle or 100% write cycle?

We mention the worst case current numbers in our datasheets. 50% reads and 50% writes operation gives the highest power consumption/current.
The current number for 100% reads or 100% writes will always be equal or lower than the mentioned current in the datasheet.
We perform 50% read and 50% write operation so max switching happens and we get the worst case current from it.
