Hi,

Yes, the RAM BU does not have a family decoder currently in the road map presentations. Currently you will need to refer to the device specific datasheet for the family decoder.

Since there are a lot of different families associated with the RAM BU portfolio it is not feasible to put it all in the roadmap. You can always refer to the datasheet or our product selector guide or reach us here on the community to search for the required part for your application.

Thanks,

Pradipta.

Thanks for your answer,

the other question, for flash roadmap, I find that there is a decoder, but they are not full ordering information,

for S25 series, the postfix parts(blue circle) with same definition, right?

for S25 and S29 series, the postfix parts (blue circle) with the different definition, right?

For example,

S29GL ordering information.png

Hi,

Yes the Flash decoder is not full ordering information, it is just a partial one in the road map presentation, which is used as an example. You will have to refer to device specific datasheet for the complete MPN as you have pointed out in your query. So your understanding is correct.
