Configuration Register on CYF0018V

        I don't use any configuration register capabilitis, that is -Almost Empty Flag -Almost Full Flag -Fast CLK Bit Register In this case, doesn't need sram configuration after power-up sequence? Or it's necessary in some ways?

We understand SRAM configuration settings means the Configuration register settings. 

   

If you are not using configuration register, then you don’t need to do configuration settings after power-up sequence. Configuration register takes the default values as mentioned in the Table 3 of the datasheet http://www.cypress.com/?docID=47172
