The CY7C2663KV18/CY7C2665KV18 datasheet only provides the max value for the IDD (VDD supply current). What is the typical value for this supply current? Also, is read current and write current the same value? The operation current is calculated with 50% read cycle and 50% write cycle per note 29., but that's all the information we are given.

Hi,
The max value for IDD is listed in the datasheet and the IDD is calculated with 50 % read and 50 % write cycle and this format is true for all the parts in the Synchronous memory portfolio. 50 % read/ write ratio is chosen as max current will be consumed in this ratio. Since in calculation of IDD for Synchronous memories there are many variables or say many test cases so we have tested the parts for the worst case scenario and composed the datasheet.
If you will be needing more information on this then you will have to create a support case with us as test values will be company confidential and cannot be shared on public platform.
Thanks,
Pradipta.
