CPUCS=0x12;
CLKOUT 48Mhz
how much time does firmware need when bit IOE^4 Low to High (not rising time i mean the cycles)
IOE^4=1;
IOE^4=0;
I measure the High Level's "time“ is "3Mhz" with oscilloscope (convert to Hz).
My query is why not "time“ is 48/4 (4 cycle an order)=12Mhz?

Hi,
I don't get your query
"I measure the High Level's "time“ is "3Mhz" with oscilloscope (convert to Hz).
My query is why not "time“ is 48/4 (4 cycle an order)=12Mhz?"
Are you trying to find out how many does it take to execute to drive the IOE pin from low to high?
Where did you got the info that it takes 4 cycles to do it?
Regards,
