P39 is listed in this document as being the CS line for SPI2 slave while , BCM20732S says that P2 is the slave CS pin.
Nor does this document tell me what to do with XTAL32 pins.
IN short I cannot use the documentation to construct a board. I don't trust it.
If there was a schematic of a BCM20736S application, lets say your version of the CC2541 SensorTag Board it would be a great help.

Note that the Hardware Interfaces is written from the perspective of the SOC, which supports more functionality than what is brought out on the module.
