i tried the following command to convert my hex file to an Image file but i get an error saying "Unable to open Input file" Given Command: C:\Cypress\USB\CY3674_EZ-USB_FX1_DVK\1.0\Bin\Hex2bix.exe -m 0x8000 -e -f 0xC2 -o MyFile.iic MyFile.hex And this Directory is really the place where the Hex2bix.exe and the MyFile.hex are located. Hi,
Why are you using "-e" if you want to create .icc file?
you have to use "-i" to create an iic file.
Did you select the "C:\Cypress\USB\CY3674_EZ-USB_FX1_DVK\1.0\Bin" path ?
Regards,
Vikas.

-e means "external memory", the alternativ is -i for "internal memory". This has nothing to do with the iic file Regards
