Does S34ml02g1 have ECC controller on it's chip ? or we have to implement it in our software?

Hello There

My Question is that :

I Studied whole of the data sheet and i supposed that i must implement ecc on my software.But NOW i doubt about it .

Is there any one to hep me?

Hello,

No, it doesn't. You have to implement 1-bit ECC in your software. FYI, S34ML02G1 needs 1-bit ECC correction, S34ML02G2 needs 4-bit ECC correction.
