I am designing the BEC power of an ESC for a drone application.
Design parameters are as follows:
Input voltage: 3S-6S LiPO (11,1V-22,2V)
BEC (switch- mode): 5V-8V Adjustable (Step: 0.1V), 7A/18A Cont./Peak.
Does Infineon have a solution for BEC power? If so, please suggest me a solution that meets the above parameters.
Show LessGood day, I am also busy with a LLC design, and would really benefit from having a copy of the LTSpice simulation files as mentioned in Infineon-Part-II_Using_the_LLC_calculator-AN-v01_00-EN. Kindly share it with me too please.
Show LessHi Infineon
When MCU(-TC397) stop feed watch dog, ROT will high->low,and ss1 will low after 5us.
In my design I need SS1 go low earlier than ROT(1us is enough) If any ways can adjust ROT and SS1 timing?
Can I use RC circuit make ROT delay 1us? Is there any bad effect?

Does the Infineon TLE935xB series comply with the following items?
- CiA-601-4
- Passed C&S group GmbH IOP test
Also, for the TLE937x series, although CiA-601-4 compliance is mentioned in the datasheet, has it passed the C&S group GmbH IOP test?
Show LessHi,
I came across Current transition rise/fall time parameter in one of the Infineon Buck regulator IC datasheet(TLE8366).
Can you explain what exactly it mentions?

Show LessHi
I am using IR35204 and plan to programming this IC.
But, I can't programming yet, So no output voltage in any pins.
We are in situation below.
- I am ready USB0005 and PowIRCenter(full version)
- I want to setting default 'AMD SV2'
So,
1. I want to know about programming procedure. (I upload screenshot)(Is it right procedure?)
2. Could you please check my schematic? Is it possible programming for AMD SV2 or not ?(I am connecting between SM_DIO, SM_CLK and I2C pins of USB0005)
please reply~
thank you!!
Show LessHi Everyone,
We are looking to use IRPS5401 PMIC in our project. we don't want to use I2C and want to configure the output using hardware .
what will pin configuration for MTP Pin and ADDR_PROT Pin as we are not using I2C.
Quick response will appreciated as of we are dealing with a critical deadline .

Show LessI have a question about the TLE9350BVSJ of TLE9350VSJ and its successors.
(1) There is a difference between the two products regarding the minimum value of the parameter enclosed in the orange frame below.
Is this a change due to the widening of the functional range of the transmitter supply voltage?
(2) If the views in (1) differ, could you please explain the factors of change to the extent possible?
(3) What is the effect of changing the minimum value of this parameter (-500 mV → -50 mV)?

Show LessThank you for reply.
I think the finish going well by your help.
I am ready (USB005 and full version of GUI)
But GUI have so many option. So i am confusing.
I only need to set the default 'AMDSV2' value.
If you don't mind, please know me that how to set the AMD SV2.
please reply~
thx!!
Show LessHello Team,
We are using TLF35585 IC with TC36xx microcontroller. And we are reprograming the Application from the boot loader.
As we understood from the PMIC user guide, to reprogram we need to enable MPS feature through SPI command, so that PMIC would ignore the WWD and error monitoring pulse. once flashing done successfully, we disabled the MPS, and initiated the soft reset on microcontroller (PMIC is not reset).
Once after the new Application starts running on microcontroller, we are observing some errors in status flag of PMIC related to WWD and error monitoring, we were not expecting this errors as we already disabled the MPS from bootloader after flashing.
After the hard reset (reseting micro + PMIC) we are not observing any error related to wwd and error monitoring.
Could you please confirm is this expected behavior. and also please let us know if there is any way we can reset the PMIC through microcontroller (either through SPI command or PIN)...?
