I have the S6SAE101A00SA1002 Solar-Powered IoT Device Kit and the solar module isn't sending and measurements over to the BLE-USB dongle. It worked before and my Windows says that all of the drivers are up to date.

Hi Alexander,
Whether the solar kit is powering up correctly? Did you checked?
Or after powering up you are not able to see any packets form the kit?
Thanks,
Anjana

The solar module itself doesn't seem to be receiving enough power to send the packet to the USB bridge as none of its lights light up when plugged with the solar cell. The pins are correct and I've shined a flashlight on the solar cell but am not getting a response. I've also uploaded an LED blink code and that works when powered up to the computer but when I upload the default send package code that's where it doesn't work. Thanks.

Hi Alexander,
Could you please test in the sunlight and try?

Hi,
Are you able to power the device?
Thanks,
Yuva.
