Hi,
I am looking for a PSOC , doesnt matter what version, but I need it to have USB, CAN, SPI & I2C.
The family datasheets for PSOC3, mentions all of them , leaving the impression that they are all available in a single chip, but a part search does not indicate this.
Also the part search says dedicated ports, which I assume would be pins used specifically per that particular port. I do not mind if the pins are shared among different ports.
So, my help from more experienced users with PSOC would be, is there any PSOC that has all these ports available?
Thanks.
Show LessAlmost all the time I run the debug session in Creator 3.2 the program starts at the beginning of my code in Main().
However, every now and then it starts in the "cm3start.c" file. I am not aware of making any changes to my code that would affect where the program starts, what causes the compiler to do this?
Thanks
Show LessI want to print array of this structure :
typedef struct
{
uint32 time;
uint32 date;
uint32 dayOfWeek;
uint32 status;
}Timer_DATE_TIME;
What a format for sprintf need to use ?
sprintf(stringBuffer, "%??\r\n", timeData );
UART_UartPutString(stringBuffer);
Hello! I'm new to the Psoc platform.
I wanted to test the DALI example here ( http://www.cypress.com/design-guides/cy8cled0xx0x-powerpsoc-firmware-design-guidelines-lighting-control-interfaces?source=search&keywords=DALI%20INTERFACE )
using my Psoc4 KIT.
Is there any easy way to port that example from Psoc Designer to Psoc Creator?
Thank you!

psoc designer 5.1 (CY8C27643-24PVXI)
i would like to know if BPF2 (Two-Pole Band Pass Filter) and INSAMP (Three Op-Amp Topology) can help me to :
1-BPF2:to filter square voltage (input) to have sinusoidal voltage (output) .
2-INSAMP: subtract two tension ( sinusoidal voltage(output of BPF2) - square voltage(input of BPF2) )
if there are any problem,help me to correct.
thanks
Show LessDear All,
I am developing a relatively complex project and lastly the option of Debug is not active any longer, so I can not debug my project. I attach a picture of the PSOC Creator menus so you can understand what I am telling you.
Any idea where I should look for it and active it again? I have checked the PSOC Creator Manual but didnt find any related to this.
Thanks in advance,
Joaquin.
Show LessHello,
I just installed PSoC Creator 3.3 SP1. When I try to create a new project, starting from scratch, CY8CKIT-049-42xx is not part of the target hardware list. I only get several CYBLE modules. A configuration problem?
Beware: I'm a newbie...

Show LessHello
I am trying to build a proxy sense application using a CY8CMBR3102.
Although what i find is that there is a lot of toggling on the output pin even when my hand is not near the sensor.
Although the above information is quite vague and incomplete, please bear with me till i lay hands on the programmer.
(The existing board is designed by someone else and he had programmed it, and i dont have his project file with me )
What i would expect from the community is some early guidance like few do's and don'ts , or some information sharing regarding kick-starting the development with this part.
If you can share anything please do..
i will be back with some more info later
Show LessHi all,
We have a different behaviour of the Cypress SPI modules on different Cypress CPUs.
When we use the SPI Slave non SCB (UDB?) based, version 2.70 on a CY8C4247LQI-BL483 we do receive SPI frames
from a Renesas controller, means the buffersize remains 0,
but when we change to CYBL10563-56LQXI we can only use the SCB based SPI module version 3.0 and
do not receive any frames with this component.
We use mode Slave and submode Motorola, with SCLK mode CPHA=1 and CPOL=0, Oversampling=8,
RX/TX data bits=8, MSB First, Number of SS:1, Active Low, with a FIFO Buffer size of 8 bytes. The datarate is 1kHz.
And the SCB SPI component has no rx/tx interrupt? Only an SPI_Done status and the various FIFO status and the buffer size?
Has anyone an idea why the modules are so different?
Thanks a lot and best regards
Andreas
