when i change a signal name from "Command[31:0]" to "SCommand[31:0]" or "SpCommand[31:0]" or "SpiCommand[31:0]" my design does not fit into the 24 UDBs and i get the following error:

M0046:E2071

i am targeting a PSOC5LP (CY8C5488AXI-LP120). 

the UDBs are currently about 50% utilized

what causes this?
