Anything else opened? I just installed programmer without any problems and updated the Kitprog.

OK Bob,
No way to uninstall/reinstall with the updater or directly by downloading the exe file from the web side.
I guess W7 is KO somewhere... Should try the repair option.

I am running here on W7. Hope your repair works...
I usually did the uninstall using win system control. When all fails, create a support case. Cypress has got a utility to analyze the registry and to find and delete wrong entries.
