Hi all,
I am having trouble installing the latest PSoC Creator on my new Windows 10 Home machine.
When I run the installer, an error message pops up "File is corrupt" during the extraction step.
I tried running the installer on compatibility mode with Windows 8 settings, but I get the same message.
I also tried downloading and running multiple instances of the file, but this error appears consistently.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Hi
Have you downloaded the installation files from the genuine Cypress Web page? If no, please download it from here.

Thanks for the reply Ganesh.
I downloaded the installation file from the same link you provided.
Reading through the system requirements, there was a note for some applications to be installed prior to installing Creator:
1. Windows Installer
2. .NET Framework
3. PSoC Programmer
I managed to install PSoC Programmer. Windows Installer and .NET Framework are already installed on the PC.
Not sure what else to check.
Thanks,
Sameera
