In windows start menu, go to Cypress folder, you will find a "Cypress Update Manager"
folder, its in that folder.
Regards, Dana.

Found it... it is in the Cypress installed tree under the 'Cypress Update Manager' dir, and is named "cyliveupdate.exe".. running this brings up the expected update screen

Update Manager appears to be absent from my "typical" Creator 3.1 installation.
