Hi,
I am reinstalling PSOC Creator and while registering for the Keil PK51 license, the Keil site came up with a 9939 error.
I contacted Keil technical support with the issue their response is as follows
We are aware of this issue and it would take some days until this issue is fixed.
The reason of this problem is that the support period of this license has been expired.
Our teams are in touch with Cypress, so that they renew the support period.
I would also recommend you to get in touch with Cypress so that this issue can be fixed in a timely manner.
At the moment I don't think that this will affect me as I am working with PSOC 4 but are you aware that this is an issue?

If you are reinstalling the PSOC tools on the same machine, you can re-use the license you originally got.
You can manually add the license to the Keil tools.
Follow step 2 of this page to modify the Keil tools.ini file with the Keil LIC.
