The install seems to want to write files outside of the install directory, so windows 10 security is blocking that, as it should. I selected the E: drive for the install. No surprise the install can't find files on the C: drive. My C: drive is full.

Hi @OID,
Although PSoC Creator is installed in E:\ drive, it creates a folder in the MyDocuments directory. This is created to store the code examples and components updates that you download for future use.
Can you please check if that directory exists in the documents folder? If not can you please create the folder manually or run the installer with admin access?
