PSoC Creator & Designer Software

Hi there, I've followed the instructions in user guides on how to install the update for PSoC 4700, but even after restarting PSoC Creator 4.2 the PSOC 4700 is not selectable and I still see the option of installing the update. I've repeated this step several times, installed/reinstalled PSoC Creator 4.2/PSoC Programmer 3.28.1 several times, but the update seems to not install every time. Any suggestions? Thank you

Please install the kit setup from this link: https://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/cy8ckit-148-psoc-4700s-inductive-sensin...

Then in PSoC Creator > Tools > Find new devices and Find new components. Ensure you have a stable internet connection without any proxy.
