psoc 6 development kit not getting detected in PC

kitprog2 is not getting downloaded automatically and the kit is not getting detected

is there any way to install kitprog2 manually

Please install the latest PSoCProgrammer3.28​ from here. Then plug the kit and check if it is detected. Additionally, please check the section "Kitprog2 Status LED Indication" to ensure enumeration is taking place in the following document: https://www.cypress.com/file/225961/download
