Is there a way to install Eclipse Marketplace in Modus Toolbox?

I want to install some theme plugins with DevStyle

Hi @lesmalave, 

• Click on  Help > Install New Software.
  
• Add the URL - https://download.eclipse.org/mpc/2018-12/latest/ and select EPP Marketplace Client as shown and install the marketplace client.
  
• Restart the IDE when prompted.

You will now be able to use Eclipse Marketplace. Please let me know if this works.
