Looking at the Pinout of 68-QFN package device in the device datasheet, the dedicated audioss io P5.0-P5.6 are not available. One of the methods may be using SmartIO in ModusToolBox - https://github.com/Infineon/mtb-example-psoc6-smartio-i2s
