Hi Nick,

We plan to have 2 CSP packages initially, the 104-M-WLCSP for the PSoC 63 with BLE Line, and the 80-CSP with the PSoC 62 line. These will be available early-mid Q2 2018. However, we are currently sampling the 104-M-WLCSP now so if you need samples, please contact your local CY sales, reps, or distributor and we can get you samples that way.
