Hi Cypress,
I recently upgrade to the Creator 4.4 and PDL 3.1.3, which are all the latest, see below.
Then I am creating the ADC block for my sensors, which is using the internal multiple channels inside the ADC.
I noticed the other post that a PORT 10 must be used in order to use the internal MUX, which i did.
Unfortunately, I still have multiple errors about this ADC setup.
Here is the Analog tab:
Here is the schematic page:
What is going wrong with the library or the setup?
Please advise. Thanks!
Gilbert

Hi Gilbert,
I have checked the same at my end, the project is building fine with PDL 3.1.3 . Could you right click on project and see build settings. In that see Peripheral Driver Library tab and confirm it is pointing to the right PDL version ?
Best Regards,
Vasanth

Hi Vasanth,
I updated the build settings and the PDL was still pointing to the old version.
This is interesting that I never need to update the PDL in the build settings before, all the previous updates were automatic except this time.
Anyway, this solved the first complaint about the Scanning SAR ADC, but still have a few error messages below.
Please take a look and advise.
Thank you!

Hi Gilbert,
Additionally if your kit is due to an old version, this could happen.

Hi Vasanth,
I am using the CYBLE-416045-EVAL 02 and 121-60185-01 rev 03, two evaluation boards.
Would they affected? Please provide more detail information for the kit you mentioned above.
Thanks,
Gilbert

Hi Vasanth,
I noticed the new Creator 4.4 has working differently on the notice list, which is quite confusing.
Once you have errors on it, those errors stay in the list. Plus there is no way to allow the use to delete the errors if they don't want them.
FYI, I have multiple projects in a particular workspace, even i use the pull down menu to swap between workspace or active project, the errors stay there, user is hardly determine the error from which project.
Do you have any hints? am i missing something in the creator?
Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Gilbert,
Could you kindly close and re-open the PSoC Creator and see if the errors are still there. This is known issue we are tracking and reopening creator normally solves the issue as a workaround.
Regarding the silicon version, can you do a flash erase as I suggested in the previous response on the kits.If you see a message saying that "This version of the kit is old, contact cypress for replacement" kindly let us know.
Best Regards,
Vasanth
