Hello Hayato,

You can refer to the following document on PSoC/PRoC BLE Crystal Oscillator Selection and Tuning Techniques

The Application note is applicable for PSoC 6 BLE devices as well.

For more details you can also refer to the PSoC 6 Hardware design Considerations and PSoC 6 Architecture TRM  of the PSoC 6 device you are using.
