Hi,
I think that you are connecting hardware connection pin with external component(s)
When we place a pin it has connection for "HW connection" which is supposed to be connected to
internal components.
To connect offline (document purpose) component(s),
we need check "External terminal"
Then we can connect offline component(s) to the "External terminal"
And in case you are planning to read (or write) the port only from the software,
you don't need "HW connection", so uncheck the "HW connection"
Hopefully with these modification, you can avoid the error.

P.S. Oops, I forgot to connect SW_1 to Pin_1,
