Is it possible to use the digital mux pins to make USB work on the

CYBLE-416045-02

module?  If not, is there another module with USB functionality?

Hello Henry,

The CYBLE-416045-02 module does not support USB functionality.

If you want to use a device with both USB and BLE functionality you can go for the following PSoC 63 devices (one within the red box):
