Hi Jorge,

Please find the datasheet from PSOC 6 MCU: CY8C61X5 DATASHEET (cypress.com) the last character "T" stands for Tape and Reel shipment.

Currently the datasheet link is not added in the part webpage (CY8C6145FNI-S3F71T (cypress.com)) which is not intended, we will fix it soon.
