           May i know for what purpose " PSoC_3_SelfTest.hex " is used ,i saw in the site   http://www.cypress.com/?rID=37464  but i didnt get any information about that..

It may be the initial program for the PSoC3 processor-module coming with the Kit-001. When powering up the kit the first time a test-program is executed...
