normally we take sensor signals from that it will be generated pulses and using 1 sec counter generator we find pulses for 1sec. and this converted into frequency.
Now i want to calculate time of one rising edgeof 1st pulse to another rising edge of 2nd pulse of sensor signal ? plz tell how can i will do this?

In a "normal" frequency counter -
Fx goes to Counter clk input.
Gate supplied from a low freq source, like timer, in range of .1 to 1 sec, tied to enable of counter.
In a period or reciprocal counter (for low frequencies) -
Fx becomes gate, tied to counter enable.
Clk input is a high frequency, controls resolution of period measurement.
