Hi,
I try with the Psoc to use the USBFS block to make an HID device.
I try with the exemple to simulate a mouse mooving, but my target is to use the USBfs, in order to activite some output.
For exemple I want to turn on a DEL on the P0[1]. with my computer.
My problem is I don't know how do it.
Could you please help me?
Kind regards
Show LessHi PSoCkes,
A Strange Problem is happening.
I/O port is breakdown slowly, one by one, a little by little.
I have been design the control board for measurement device now.
It's using Cy8C24794, first time it's been working.
When some change was adding, a port become not make output value.
It's not only one, 2 or 3, a few out port become does not work.
It's a Strong drive and StdCPU.
I wonder what's happend? And test by other board.
Both was programed a same test design, It's lit LED at first of main()
One is working, the other is not working.
What a possible causes was happend, Let me know.
Hi,
I am working CY8CKIT-001 DVK with CY8C55 Family processor module.In this how can we find the peak current, average current,taken by the board.
Show LessHi People,
I'm using an UART to give user info thru RX buffer and then make decisions based on RX interrupts triggered by the same. So when I give a character i/p for the first tym, branching to ISR occurs but when I try to give another user-input to be received by the RX buffer (when I'm inside the ISR) and read the RX buffer through a variable, say choice, [choice=UART_cReadChar(); ], choice is left with only the previous user value & controls goes to the beginning of the ISR.
I'm not able to over-write the contents of RX buffer when I'm inside the ISR, which is essential to branch it to appropriate code fragments in functions. Can this be done ? please help.
Show LessCan i get good explanation how PSoC is best than FPGA and Microcontroller ???..
The code below will print numbers like 3BB1, 120F. I can't get the diplay to read decimal value like 5051 with no letters. I think I tried everything. I used LCD_Char_PrintNumber(HYT221_Read_Buff[1]); I tried sprintf. What is it that I am missing?
Philip
uint8 HYT221_Read_Buff[4] = {0};
uint8 HYT221_Write_Buff[4] = {0};
void Display_Result(void)
{
LCD_Char_Position(0,6);
LCD_Char_PrintInt8(HYT221_Read_Buff[0] & 0x3f); //Mask HYT humidity the highest two status bits
LCD_Char_PrintInt8(HYT221_Read_Buff[1]);
// LCD_Char_PrintNumber( HYT221_Read_Buff[1]);
// void LCD_Char_PrintNumber(uint16 value) ;
// duty1_string=(HYT221_Read_Buff);
sprintf(HYT221_Read_Buff,CharLCD_PrintNumber(HYT221_Read_Buff);
// sprintf (duty1_string, "%2.2f", duty1);
// LCD_Char_Position(0,6);
// CharLCD_1_PrintString(duty1_string);
// LCD_Char_PrintNumber(HYT221_Read_Buff[1]);
LCD_Char_PrintString(" ");
LCD_Char_Position(1,6);
LCD_Char_PrintInt8(HYT221_Read_Buff[2]);
LCD_Char_PrintInt8(HYT221_Read_Buff[3] & 0xfc); //Mask HYT temperature the lowest two status bits
LCD_Char_PrintString(" ");
}
Show Lesshello, I want write a simple analogue Sence and Controll Dashbord , tell me what library a can use, programing language is C#, thank`s for help.
Show Lesshi to all,
I am using CY8Ckit-009 on development board cy8ckit-001. when i gave power to board with IC , main power led is blinking and also i am not able to program the IC but without IC board is working
Show LessHi,
I tried to use GLCD controller component with 480x272 8bit col., touchscreen, PSOC5-60MHz. It could be very usefull componet, but drawing to display is quite slow. Yes, i could use virtual page, but it spend large amout of expensive SRAM(frame buffer).
I find out in GLCD controller datasheet that writing to frame buffer proceed on in blanking intervals. Try everyone to write to frame buffer between two posedge dotclock using own component for the purpose acceleration? (controll registers+mux or verilog componet)? Eventually any idea to improve draving speed?
Thanks,
Jan
Show LessHi I have finally recevied my PSOC5 kit yesterday only to notice the warnings about the electrostatic senstivity.... now there is a problem because where I live we don't have antistatic wristwrap or mats.
I was told to simply bring a large piece of iron and touch it every now and then to dissipate the static electricity, is this true? are there any other ways??
