Hi,
A button is pressed the rise a counter.I want to see the values of counter with 7 segment. I am using two seven segment multiplexing. Pressing button ones digit increasing but second digit(tens digit) is flashing a short period of time. Example, i want to count 25,26,27. 5,6,7 digits counting. But tens digits(2) flashing.CAn you see the program? What I'm doing wrong.
Show LessHello Friends,
Here is simple Baseline design for interfacing PIR with the PSoC 3/5. The PIR sensor available on the CY3236A PIRMOTION EVK was used(PIR Motion Sensor, 3POS Mfg by: Glolab Corp. Mfg part no: PIR325). Few modifications were done on the EVK and external components were used. The topdesign of the project has the schematic.
Description: The output of the PIR sensor is sent to two low pass filters one with a cutoff of 0.03Hz and other with a cutoff of 30Hz. The lower cutoff filter was used an a reference for the one end of delta Sigma ADC( configured in differential mode) anmd the output of higher cutoff given to the other end. The signal is suitable sampled and the digital value compared with the baseline and the Threshold to signal the detection.
I am attaching the project. The project is well commented.
Show LessHi all;
my project involves oversaw a photovoltaic Park using powerline communication specifying as hardware target integrated circuit CY8CPLC10 for data management, so I find a problem with the playback of data received via PLC indeed I can't Reset the RX Message Info array variable to clear the RX buffer for new messages by this registry (RX_Message_Info) is only read contrary to what shown in the note of application (AN52478) by cypress semiconductor?.
HI,
I am checking on example project and found the sample and hold example. The sample and hold component can use internal and exteranl as Vref, but I could not find any reference on why and when you should use the internal or external vref. Any idea where can I find the information?
Tks
Show LessHello all,
Someone wrote firmware for me in C in PSoC Designer5.1. This was running perfectly on the CY8C27443 28 pin SOIC device. Due to certain reasons, I need to change the device from the current CY8C27443 to the CY8C28433 28 pin SSOP device.
My question is, will the firmware be compatible or do I need to get some changes done?
Thanks,
emelex
Show LessI'm planning to make a handheld LCR meter (plus more) based on the PSoC 5LP. I'd like to use the boost converter to allow me to power it efficiently off 2 AA cells.
However, the nature of the device is that it does sensitive analog measurements. In ESR mode, for instance, it generates a waveform at around 100mV, and has to accurately measure the attenuation. When measuring inductance or capacitance, it likewise has to generate and accurately measure waveforms, at frequencies from a few kilohertz up to about 1MHz.
Will I see significant coupling of noise from the boost converter into the analog signals I'm measuring? What steps can I take to prevent it - and is it practical to eliminate the noise to an acceptable degree in a handheld application with a reasonable cost constraint? How about layout recommendations?
