We use your CY8C3446LTI-085. We recently received a batch of these parts, with the same major part number as just stated, that will not flash. Looking for guidance as to why.

Hi,
I need component that on the input take any analog signal, from -3.3V to 3.3V and then will convert it to digital world and send them via USB Serial Port to computer. The component should allow me to configure input voltage range, time period and resolution of sampling. I can pay for create this component for me.
Hi,
Does anyone know what is behind the availability problem of all PSOC devices and the CY8C5888AXI-LP096 in particular?
We need at least 500 parts to carry us through the next year or so and I'm not confident about a delivery date in Jan 2023.
DId Infineon decide to phase out these parts?
Is Infineon meeting delivery dates now for this part?
thanks,
dave

Gracias
Show Lesshello community,
I downloaded the adjustable matrix keyboard developed by Bob Marlowe, thanks to that.
heres the link:http://www.cypress.com/forum/psoc-community-components/component-creation-part-1
There i used the "PortComponent2:
After updating all components, the errors showed by creator were gone. But now comes the problem:
I adjusted the keybaord to a 4x4 matrix and attached a LCD and a to my PSoC 5lp 059,
If I press key 1 on my keypad, nothing happens, the other ones are doing fine, except that the last row is showing the same keys as the third row.
My keypad looks like:
123A
456B
789C
*0#D
I ajdusted the translation table in main.c to a 4x4 matrix. Now like described: key 1 nothing happens and for example key 0, i get an 8 like the row above.
Do I have to change something else in the code?
Thanks in advance,
Alexander
i had PSoC Creatoe build my files and i got this error message:
Error: mpr.M0022: "Net_232" is not a top level pin. Not expecting internal three-state signals. (App=cydsfit)
ADD: mpr.M0037: information: Unused pieces of the design have been optimized out. See the Tech mapping section of the report file for details.
...
Dependency Generation...
Cleanup...
Error: fit.M0050: The fitter aborted due to errors, please address all errors and rebuild. (App=cydsfit)
so:
1) what will fix this error?
2) how do i find Net_232?
when i clicked on the error in the notice list, i got a pop up box with "The selected notice does not have an associated 'location'."
3) I also got this message in a pop up to reload files:
"Files have been modified outside PSoC Creator. No changes have been made to these files inside PSoC Creator. You will not lose and information if you reload the files. Check the files you want to reload. "
the only file to reload is a .rpt file.
reloading or not made no difference
4) how do i read/understand the .rpt file to help find the problem?
Show LessHi,
We are using bootloader and loadable project in our work. We have three ways to update PSoC SW.
1) Build and load via PSoC Creator.
2) Load prebuilt xxxx.hex file via PSoC Programmer.
3) Load xxx.cyacd file via cyboot-host-i2c application.
My questions are, with method 1) & 2), is bootloader also updated? With method 3) is bootloader also updated?
Thanks,
Yan

Good day to all, i have an issue with a Psoc 3 dev kit, the issue is that i cannot enter the debug mode to let me erase the dev kit.
Just for information it is a new board just opened from the box, one thing that i notices was that it installs the drivers but it doesn't appear in the device manager as a HID compilant device.
I connected an old one that i have and this one makes the usb inserted sound in windows, appears as a HID device and let's me erase/program it
im new to psocs so i do not know if this is a common issue or if really something is wrong with my board.
Regards
Show LessHi,
The PSOC 5 boards we're using are no longer available so I would like to design my own but perhaps the problem is the processor is no longer available. The CY8C5288LTI-LP090 shows status 'Active' on Digikey but not available. Is there an equivalent part that I can use going forward that is reliably obtainable?

Show LessHi,
In our design we have a bootloader project and a loadable project. Bootloader project will load the loadable project after some checking. There is one pin, which will be configured on both bootloader and loadable projects. As far as I know, during power on reset, pin state will be set first based on Power-On Reset in Reset tab, then the pin state will be set based on Initial drive state in Pins tab. However, the configurations for the pin are different between Bootloader and Loadable projects, so what will be the pin state in power on reset?
I guess the pin state is set based on below sequences:
Based on Power-On Reset in Reset tab in Bootloader -> based on Initial drive state in Pins tab in Bootloader -> Based on Power-On Reset in Reset tab in Loadable project -> based on Initial drive state in Pins tab in Loadable project.
Is it right?
Thanks,
Yan
