PSoC™ 5, 3 & 1 Forum Discussions
Hi Everyone,
I am using PSoC Creator 4.4 and when I try the "emFile_Example" for PsoC 5LP, it will not compile successfully. It complains about "Build error: MMC_X_HW.h: No such file or directory." This file does not exists on my computer anywhere. (Did a full search of my drive.) Does anybody know why or where I can find the file?
Thanks.

Hi,
We're using CY8C5868LTI-LP039 controller in one of our Equipment device board. We uses PSoC Creator and MiniProg3 to debug the board. Up to now, we can successfully connect the PSoC controller, download the compiled output firmware program, enter debug mode by selecting "Debug" in "Debug" menu, and also we can add in a breakpoint and run to break at the breakpoint. So everything seems alright, but:
1. When we want to debug the program in step mode, the program always breaks into the 10ms timing interrupt(after the timer has been enabled) even we didn't add any breakpoint there. Why does this happen and how can we solve this issue?
2. When we run the program and break at one breakpoint, if we add another breakpoint and want to continue the debugging with Resume Execution(F5), the program is always break at the previously break breakpoint.
3. And we suppose that it may be caused by the watchdog reset, so we disabled watchdog by removing the watchdog enable code. But now the debug behavior is that the program break at the 1st breakpoint, and then when we Resume Execution, the program will never break into the 2nd breakpoint. Why this happens? How can we solve this issue?
4. Are there any solution to debug the firmware without any needs to modify any watchdog related code?
Thanks!
Ricky
Show LessHi Concerned,
As my host booted with Linux, USB interface is detected. Post that need help on Linux USB commands for Get and Set GPIOs for PSOC interface? Can you please help here.
Thanks,

Show LessMost RRIO, on input side, have a crossover distortion in the input stage, transitioning from
NMOS to PMOS elements in the diff stage. Given we have/advertise a 20 bit DelSig I think
that needs to be added to datasheet. So one can do an accurate signal path error budget
calculation.

Show LessHi Concerned,
We are using PSOC serial part number: CY8C5868AXI-LP035 in our one of the controller. For controlling power cycle through PSOC, need help on getting & setting access GPIOs exposed. Do you have CLI tool or source for Linux/ubuntu to take care this.
Environment: Ubuntu host pc
Thanks in advance,

Show LessTime to update DVDAC specs on settling time ? Last revision 2017.
From datasheet :
Note in config of component load C (634 pF) >> than above table @ 15 pF. That needs
to be addressed. Lastly anyone know where to get a 634 pF capacitor ?

Show LessHi guys,
I have a very strange issue with the interrupt. I implemented 6 trigger inputs with the interrupt. I disabled all of them at the first part of the program running.
The scenario is that, I have to enable one each after another to process and then again disable should be aligned for the next interrupt.
The issue is that, Disable of the interrupt with this function does not work and all the times all of the interrupts are enabled.
*isr_trigger_in_1_INTC_CLR_EN = isr_trigger_in_1__INTC_MASK; //isr_trigger_in_1_Disable();
I used direct register to speed the process up.
In addition I tried with the CyIntDisable(number); but does not solved.
I will be thankful, if some one could guide me how to solve this issue?
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
MoRo
