I have a old cy8ckit-050 board, the IC is cy8c5588axi. May I change to cy8c5888axi-lp099 or cy8c5868axi-lp035? Which is bester? Thank you.

Hello.
Cypress has drop in replacement listed as CY8C5868AXI-032 for CY8C5568AXI-060.

You might find it cheaper/easier to:
remove CY8C5568,
purchase KIT-059,
wire KIT-059 to the edge connectors of KIT-050.
Much easier than soldering a new part onto pcb.
You won't have as many GPIO signals to work with, but it's a lot less work.
edit: If you change the PSoC target chip, the FX2LP USB programmer chip might not be able to FLASH program a different PSoC chip. Only Cypress would know the answer to this question.
