Have you tried Searching the ADC + PUTTY forum?
For example: How do I get the result of the ADC printed on Putty?

Thanks for reply,
But I have one error and I am not aware of this can you tell how to enable USB_CLK?
The error like..
Clock Error: (The USB clock is disabled. The USB clock needs to be enabled in order to use USB.).
Clock Error: (The ILO must be set to 100 kHz for USB bus reset interrupts to function correctly.).
