Is it possible to wake from sleep then:

1. Power up the ADC and OpAmps

2. Start a conversion

3. Power up the DFB

4. Pass the ADC sample to the DFB

5. Output the previous DFB result via I2C

6. Go back to sleep

All at 9ksps ?

I have severe power limitations!

Thanks,

Richard

You will have to do an analysis of startup times, like clocks (Fast IMO Dtartup Mode),

flushing A/D filters, etc.. This can be done via datasheets, module datasheet, and ap

notes.

Since it will take a couple of ms to wakeup from sleep mode and having all clocks running again at nominal speed, I'm afraid that you will have difficulties to match your required timings.

You can also try the alternate active mode if waking up from sleep seems to take up a lot of time for your application.

Are you asking for the lowest power mode in PSOC 3? If so, it is Hibernate mode. Refer to AN77900
