Hello.

Is it OK to connect NC pins of CY8C5488FNI-LP212 to GND?

Could you please let us know about NC pins connection inside IC?

Is it floating? Is it connected to GND? Or is it connected to other pins?

Best Regards.

NC and DNU pin

NC stands for "No Connect" which means that the pin is not internally connected to the die.

So it can be either left floating or tied to GND or tied to VCC.

It seems that the terminals that should not be connected in Cypress are expressed as "DNU".
