Problems to Launch the PSoC Programmer Software - URGENT

Today I tried to launch the PSoC Programmer from my Computer and I get the following Error Message: "PSoCProgrammer.exe has detected a problem and had to close."
 
I thought that reinstalling the PSoC Programmer application would solve the problem, so I went online to the Cypress web page and downloaded the latest PSoC Programmer version 3.13.1 and then I ran the installation process. The installation of the new version was successful, but when I launched the new version of the PSoC Programmer application I got the same Error Message.
