I have a question concerning powerline communications. I realise that this isn't power management, but there wasn't a better choice of topic and couldn't find a general one. Cypress Customer Support were particularly unhelpful.
I am revisiting a current design for low speed powerline communications using Echelon PL3150, could someone tell me if the Cypress CY7C53150 is still in production? Have there been any further developments in powerline communications that I should be aware of, and other chips to take into account?
