Port Acquire Failed

I'm sure there's a forum post about this already. However, whenever I Google this the links always take me to the cypress homepage, rather than the forum post.

   

I'm using the CY8CKIT-042-BLE and PSOC 3.1. When I go to select debug target, I'm greeted with "Port Aqcuire Failed". I have checked the cable and closed any application that may use the port.

It seems that this has been posted duplicates. I don't know how this happened. Anyone know how to delete them?
