I have been trying to use the Manchester code decoder (http://www.cypress.com/blog/psoc-insiders-blog/manchester-code)
but is some cases (about 1-2% of the time), it seems that the PWM is not triggered by the positive edge of the trigger input.
The PWM clock is 24Mhz, and the trigger is about 500Khz (1Mb Mancherster coding).
Using PSOC5LP
Any idea on what could be the problem in triggering?

Adding an input Sync solved the problem.
